About me

As a psychotherapist, I am 100% about the relationship with the client. I value individual difference, genuineness, helping you find your own path and answers in therapy. I cannot fix things or have all the answers but I will listen and may have some suggestions for you that may be helpful. I can provide you with a safe space where you are able to explore thoughts and feelings without the fear of being judged.

I understand that there are times in our lives when we are confronted with situations that we are not sure how to deal with or that we feel unable to deal with. I can help you look at difficulties in different ways so that you are able to find your own solutions.

My aim is to help you with any problem you're finding hard to handle on your own, to achieve your goals and provide you with the tools that could help you through difficult times and be there with you in therapy.
