About me
I am a friendly and experienced Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years experience in helping my clients to overcome a wide range of difficulties and develop better relationships with themselves and others.
Working with adult clients (21+), My core approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I work in a warm, supportive and collaborative way. Therapy is individually tailored to each person's needs, helping clients to make sense of their experiences, understand unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies to create meaningful change.
Alongside private practice, I have worked across NHS, charity, and private healthcare settings, supporting adults across a broad range of presentations.
I am a Registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Counselling Psychology. I strive to ensure that I offer the highest standards of care, confidentiality, support and professionalism at all times.
