About me
Enabling and supporting individuals to overcome concerns and bring about conflict resolution in support of mental health and wellbeing.
I work in-person and online from therapy spaces in Surrey Hills and West Sussex.
As an Integrative Therapist I use a variety of modalities, tailoring the work to suit presenting issues. My approach is empathic, person-centred and solution focussed. Clients: Adults and Young People aged 18+.
In addition, I am a qualified counselling supervisor, supporting practitioners with client work.
