Dr Amanda Dee Chartered Clinical Psychologist BSc (Hons), Clin.Psy.D, CPsychol, AFBPsS.
Eighteen years’ experience working in the NHS within a range of different mental health services. Qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2007 Registered under the Health and Care Professions Council HCPC. Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. A member of the British Psychology Society’s Division of Clinical Psychology and a member of the Faculty for Clinical Health Psychology. Post-doctoral experience working with a range of complex mental and physical health difficulties across the age span. Postdoctoral training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). Principal Clinical Psychologist within the Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust (GMMH) 2017-2020. Supervision of qualified clinical psychologists and other mental health professionals. Staff training and presentation of audits both at a local and national level.
