About me

Tehseen Mustafa is an experienced dietitian with over 18 years of clinical experience in both the private and public sector (NHS). Tehseen has worked with a range of patients from those that have been acutely unwell in hospital, to patients wanting to change their eating habits to optimise health and longevity.
Tehseen works with both adults and children with ranging medical conditions such as malnutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, chronic kidney disease and diabetes, though her area of expertise is with paediatric patients who have multiple allergies. Having completed a post graduate certificate at a Master’s level in general paediatrics, Tehseen values the importance of continued professional development to ensure that the advice provided is well supported by scientific evidence. Being a member of the British Dietetic Association facilitates the sharing of best practice across the profession so that client goals are always set within this context.
Tehseen firmly believes in the importance of setting goals where the client’s individual lifestyle and circumstances are always considered alongside scientific research. This allows the client to have a bespoke nutrition plan that often results in sustained dietary change.
Tehseen is invested in dietetics and continues to be actively involved in training student dietitians entering the profession. Her personal interests in nutrition and sports have been fuelled by her hobbies that include running and cycling.
