About me

I am an experienced Dietitian who has been practising since 2003, working in outpatient settings across both the NHS and private sector. My work is primarily focused on paediatric nutrition, while also supporting adults who would benefit from practical, evidence based dietary guidance.
My main area of expertise is paediatric nutrition. I work with children and young people with a range of needs, including restricted eating, food allergies and nutritional difficulties. I take a calm, supportive and non judgemental approach, working closely with families and as part of a multidisciplinary team, to reduce stress around food and support nutritional adequacy over time. I am ARFID trained and also support adults where restrictive eating patterns are affecting health.
Alongside my paediatric practice, I see adult patients with concerns such as vitamin and mineral deficiencies, type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease and weight related issues. I also work within a multidisciplinary team at London Back Pain Clinic, where nutrition supports recovery, pain management, energy levels and overall wellbeing, alongside physiotherapy and other treatments.
I hold a Postgraduate Certificate (Master's level) in General Paediatrics and am a member of the British Dietetic Association. I regularly deliver nutrition talks and contribute to professional education, including writing for a nursing journal and updating nutrition resources. I am also actively involved in training and supporting student dietitians.
I believe nutrition advice works best when it feels realistic, supportive and sustainable, and I take time to develop personalised plans that reflect each individual's lifestyle, goals and circumstances.
