About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist working from my consulting rooms in Belgravia, London, and work with adult clients from varying backgrounds. In my previous career as a senior executive in newspaper and media organisations in the US and UK, I worked with highly creative individuals and business people alike and more recently work with clients from the creative arts. This specialist knowledge of the creative and business worlds informs my psychotherapy work as well as familiarity with mid-life/career transitioning, divorce/separation, drink/drug dependency, boarding school syndrome and the attendant depression, stress and anxiety this can evoke.
The focus of my work is to explore the concerns and issues you may have in a confidential and supportive setting with the aim to help you get a better understanding of what makes you tick, who you want to be and how to express that.
It’s important to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with, so I offer a free telephone consultation during which we can discuss how I might be able to help you and for me to answer any questions you may have.
