About me

Dr Pannick is a consultant gastroenterologist and endoscopist. He practices in Hertfordshire and north London, with a specialist interest in advanced colonoscopy and bowel cancer screening.

His NHS practice is at the West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. From 2019-2025, he served as a consultant gastroenterologist and endoscopist at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr Pannick is a nationally accredited endoscopist for the Bowel Cancer Screening Programme. He is also a specialist in the management of a broad range of conditions, including heartburn, reflux, abdominal pain and bloating, diarrhoea and constipation.

He performs hundreds of endoscopic procedures each year, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, wireless capsule endoscopy, and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy.

Dr Pannick qualified at the University of Cambridge and University College London, graduating with Distinction in Clinical Practice. He holds a PhD in the organisational delivery of medical care, from Imperial College London. Dr Pannick has published papers in some of the world's leading medical journals, including the BMJ and JAMA Internal Medicine, and was a finalist in the Health Service Journal awards.
