About me

Hi, I'm Stacey, my specialisms are working with people who have experienced trauma (both big T and little t trauma), and supporting neurodivergent individuals at various stages of their journeys of discovery.

From helping you to untangle initial musings about whether you may be Autistic or have ADHD, I also offer post-diagnostic support assimilating what this may mean for you. I can help you navigate comorbid mental health difficulties, think about your relationships, education, work, and any other holistic needs which require our attention.

I work integratively using CBT, Trauma-focused CBT, ACT, and EMDR, to tailor the support I offer. I have a particular interest in trauma and helping people to reclaim their lives. I also have additional training in working with tics/Tourette's.

I have had the privilege of working as a clinical psychologist with people of all ages, who have experienced a variety of mental health, neurodevelopmental and emotional difficulties, within the NHS, and privately, for over 15 years.

I offer face to face appointments in Sevenoaks (Kent) and I offer video-conferencing appointments.

I look forward to supporting you and helping guide you as we move forwards together.
