About me

As a therapist I am always on the lookout for the greatness within each client. I carry out my sessions in a warm, accepting and non-judgemental way. I can help you connect to your innate strengths and can empower you to work on the changes you would like to see in your life. You will be heard, supported, encouraged and challenged. You will get to know yourself more deeply finding your way through your difficulties, achieving your goals.
My therapeutic approach is following 5 steps:
1. History and background – I will support you making sense of what is happening for you, understanding why things are as challenging as they are.
2.Objectives – I will support you define your short term and long-term objectives that will guide your therapeutic process.
3. Processes, patterns, problems – We will look at thought processes, communication patterns and problem maintaining patterns identifying triggers and exploring new ways of responding to challenges.
4. Emotional processing - You will be supported to understand and process your emotions by acknowledging, naming, validating and integrating them. You will learn how to respond to your emotions and how your emotions translate into behaviours.
5.New skills - You will learn new skills that will help you live a balanced and more fulfilling life.
I use a person centred approach, working as a team towards achieving your therapeutic goals.
