With over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, I've honed a diverse set of therapeutic skills to help you navigate this stage of life. My mission is to empower you to rediscover your inner strengths and access the untapped resources within, crafting a path for a new beginning that inspires you to embrace your journey with confidence and resilience. With professional registration from the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC � Registered Counselling Psychologist), the British Psychological Society (BPS Chartered Psychologist), and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP � Registered member), I am fully committed to helping you regain your balance and wellbeing.

In my clinical practice, I draw from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches, including EMBERS� Menopause-Informed CBT Model, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for menopause-related challenges, Lifestyle Interventions to support emotional wellbeing during menopause, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy),Mindfulness & Compassion-Based Approaches ( CFT ) and EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) to provide tailored support that best suits your unique needs.
