Hello
I have many years of experience helping clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, low self worth/confidence, relationship and self esteem and more. I am based between Shrewsbury, Wellington and Telford, working face to face or can work online with anyone in the UK.
Counseling is a great start in helping you move forward. It can help you identify fixed habits and patterns that at one time may have helped but are now getting in the way. Exploring issues with a counsellor can help you understand more about yourself and help you to make changes that fit in with what is going on for you.
I have a private office in a quiet, countryside location with lovely views.

I offer a warm friendly welcome to put you at ease straight away.
I am an accredited member of the BACP, am insured have a current clear Enhanced DBS and am registered with the ICO.
