About me

Dr Arvind Vasudeva graduated from Clare College, Cambridge and Oxford University Medical School in 1987. He undertook cardiology training as a Specialist Registrar at St. George's Hospital, London including a period of research investigating the relationship between hypertension and cardiovascular damage.

In 2002 he was appointed to the post of Consultant Cardiologist at Kingston Hospital and St. George's Hospital.

As a senior member of the Cardiology Department at Kingston Hospital he was instrumental in introducing a number of the cardiac services, including the cardiac angiography service. He was local lead for cardiology training and sat on the regional committee for Cardiology training. He left Kingston Hospital in 2021 in order to further develop his private practice but continues to play an active role in local NHS services.

He has delivered many well-received lectures and talks to a wide variety of audiences including cardiology colleagues, local GPs and patient groups.


Dr Arvind Vasudeva practises privately at The New Victoria Hospital, Parkside Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic London.

His practice encompasses all aspects of adult cardiology, including the management of ischaemic heart disease, coronary angiography, echocardiography (both transthoracic and transoesophageal), permanent pacemaker implantation, investigation of cardiac causes of stroke, the management of valvular heart disease and common arrhythmias, and the treatment of heart failure. He also has a particular interest in management of cardiac risk factors including hypertension and cholesterol.
