About me
Dr Neha Mundra-Walia is a BPS Chartered and HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist.
Neha has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years and has experience of working with several presenting issues including high risk presentations.
Neha has worked across the life span having seen clients as young as 13 to adults aged 91. She also has experience of working with couples. Additionally, Neha is an Expert Witness and has experience of conducting psychological assessments and writing reports.
Neha has trained in different therapeutic approaches such as Person-centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
Neha is trilingual, she can speak in English, Hindi and Bengali.
In addition to maintaining a private practice, Neha also works for the NHS.
