About me

I am a qualified, experienced and Accredited BACP counsellor/ clinical supervisor.
I am able to bring a combination of approaches to therapy with adults.
I also work with children and young people, tailoring the therapy to meet their individual needs.
I have worked in the area of trauma for over thirty years and a large part of my work has been providing a sense of hope when everything around us can feel overwhelming.
I will create a warm and safe relationship regardless of any differences of experiences. This acceptance will allow us to gain some meaning and insight into what is creating the disturbance, e.g. depression, anxiety etc.
