About me

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor registered and accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have been working in the caring professions for over thirty years and and have seen how many different factors have impacted on peoples lives causing various levels of stress, anxiety,depression and general feelings of helplessness. I have recently worked with the NHS/Talking Space Initiative in Oxfordshire based in a GP surgery.
It has been a privilege working alongside people, helping them through difficult times both practically and emotionally.
