About me

Hello, I am Anastasia, a registered dietitian and eating disorder specialist. I have a long-standing passion for nutrition and now as a qualified expert in this field, I am delighted to be able to assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems using scientific evidence and a personalised approach.

To be more specific, the foundation of my professional practices is rooted in the concept that one size does not fit all; I tailor my dietary recommendations to specific requirements based on a person’s health status, goals and preferences. Furthermore, I’m deeply committed to assisting individuals in improving their relationship with their bodies and with food overall.

During our consultations together, I use a holistic approach, therefore we will not only focus on diet. We will also discuss a range of other factors about you such as body image, stress levels, schedule, and lifestyle habits to work together towards helping you reach your goals particularly through mindful eating practices.

Lastly, I pride myself on my compassion and I genuinely want to provide the best possible care I can, for people to be healthier and happier.
