About me
I have over 25 years of experience in ENT Surgery. I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. I am the Clinical Director of the Department. I have served as the Professional Affairs Adviser to the RCS, Council member, as the President of ENTUK Head & Neck Society and as the Secretary of the British Association of Head & Neck Oncologists. I am an Opinion Leader in ENT Surgery and have written extensively, with over 70 publications. My knowledge is up-to-date, and I am the first author of the textbook Key Topics in Otolaryngology (3rd edition, 2019), used as an exam bible for trainees in ENT and GPs. I am an examiner in ENT. I am regularly invited as a speaker at UK National and International meetings.
