About me

I am a counsellor, psychotherapist, trauma specialised and EMDR practitioner working in Woking and Guildford as well as online. My approach is integrative and emphasis underlying healing as opposed to symptom management- although symptom management can be important and will work on reduction, progress comes from the healing of processing past and present situations and integrating knowledge and a new way of being into life moving forward.

Areas of interest

I specialise in trauma therapy and trauma related diagnoses: PTSD; C-PTSD; BPD; EUPD; Dissociative Disorders.

I also work with Depression; Anxiety and have generic counselling practice.

I offer integrative counselling, psychotherapy and EMDR Therapy.

I work with ages 16 and above.
