About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with nearly 15 years' experience working with adults. I specialise in working with high achieving individuals experiencing work related stress and burnout. Other related areas of expertise include - but are not limited to - perfectionism, anxiety disorders (e.g. excessive worry, panic, health anxiety), depression, and low self-esteem.

My depth of experience - including having held a Senior Psychologist role in the NHS - means that I am able to practice in a flexible way that works for you in order to help you reach your goals.

I stay at the forefront of clinical practice and use a range of therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), to work with people who are struggling with psychological difficulties, from severe and complex mental health problems, to those who simply want to understand themselves better. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a central component of successful therapy, which is why I provide a warm, supportive, non-judgemental space to help you feel at ease. We will work together to identify your hopes and come to a shared understanding of your difficulties, in order to enable and support change.
