About me
Whatever emotional discomfort you are experiencing at the moment, I will provide a nurturing and safe space in which you can explore what is happening. I will support and guide you through this inner healing process within a non judgemental, empathic therapeutic relationship. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and treat all my clients based on their individual needs. Using a combination of psychotherapy, counselling and hypnotherapy my aim is to work at your pace until we reach the outcomes or feeling states you desire.
