About me
My name is Barbara. I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC): Registered Counselling Psychologist.
I have extensive experience of supporting young and older adults who are usually busy professionals experiencing emotional distress. I draw on the most appropriate therapeutic approaches to help with depression, anxiety, loneliness, relationship & family issues, loss, life transitions and stress of everyday life.
I am also very experienced in the workplace and business issues, bullying, grievance and loss of job or carer.
I accept self- referrals or referrals from GPs and other professionals concerned with psychological support; and offer brief or longer term psychotherapy in my private practice facilities.
