About me
Mr Thakur qualified from Osmania University in 1985 and underwent further orthopaedic training in India achieving a Masters in Orthopaedics.
He moved to the UK in 1993 and underwent specialist training in orthopaedics and trauma in the Guys and St Thomas' Rotation
He spent a year in the prestigious fellowship programme in adult reconstruction at the Lennox Hill Hospital in New York, USA, learning specialist techniques.
He holds a substantive post as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the East Kent Hospitals.
