About me
Appointed Consultant Cardiologist 1999 at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow and St Bartholomew's Hospital London (where I performed angioplasty and stenting). The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre was a purpose built unit opening in 2007 and my interventional sessions moved from Barts to there at that time.
I was appointed Lead Interventional Cardiologist at the Essex CTC in 2011 and Clinical Service Lead for Medicine at Princess Alexandra Hospital in 2012 until 2016. I continue to be actively involved in the management of cardiology services.
Areas of interest
Chest pain and angina, breathlessness and heart failure, dizziness, blackouts and cardiac pacemakers, palpitations, hypertension.
