About me

I have been a visiting university lecturer and clinical supervisor at Hertfordshire University teaching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am an accomplished speaker on building self worth, overcoming emotional problems and have extensive mental health/treatment experience from working as a psychotherapist within the NHS (Primary Mental Health Service) and running my own private consultancy for many years delivering CBT. My skills and expertise can also be used to focus on helping you build confidence and improve your self esteem too. I am honest, down to earth and work with you - to truly support you and create lasting change in your life. This will all be encompassed in evidence based interventions, warmth, kindness and care.
