About me

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor offering counselling to Adults; Couples; individuals Children; Young People, I practice from consulting rooms both in Thurrock and Burnham-on-crouch and surrounding areas. I am also a certified online therapist through a zoom platform as well as WhatsApp
I’ve been a therapist for 10 years and have worked in a variety of settings and services for adults, children, and young people including schools and adults for a mental health charity, Mind and Macmillan dove bereavement services.
My aim as a counsellor is to offer a safe, non-judgmental environment that will enable you to explore any problems you may have at present. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I work with different therapeutic approaches and adapt these to suit your individual needs
I offer both short and long term counselling, by working together you will be able to identify solutions and strategies to help make the changes in life you may need.
