About me

I am a highly trained clinician with over 15 years experience in the therapy field. This has included within the NHS, voluntary and private sector.

I have completed intensive trainings in Clinical Psychology and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

I work both short and long-term with anxiety, depression and stress, and have considerable expertise with more complex mental health problems, including psychosis, personality disorder and trauma

I currently practice within NHS services and supervise other professionals as a Clinical Psychologist. I was previously a Co-Director of a large emotional support and suicide charity. I also deliver lectures to psychologists in training.

I have trained extensively in a range of therapies. Taking a modern and flexible approach, I integrate these to meet the unique needs of my clients.

I am particularly passionate about and experienced in the use of online therapy, understanding the need to offer new ways of connecting with clients who have hectic work and home schedules.
