About me
I am an experienced coronary interventionalist regularly carrying out complex coronary angioplasty procedures. I also carry out structural heart disease interventions, in particular TAVI procedures for severe aortic stenosis. I have a long experience of non-invasive cardiac imaging, in particular all aspects of echocardiography including stress and transoesophageal echocardiography. I also have experience in cardiac cross sectional imaging, particularly cardiac CT.
Areas of interest
Assessment of chest pain/angina; shortness of breath, fatigue problems; palpitations, dizzy spells and collapses; assessment and treatment of high blood pressure; assessment of heart failure including valve problems; assessment of risk of heart attack and stroke; assessment of heart rhythm problems; cardio-oncology; sports cardiology.
I carry out coronary angiograms, coronary angioplasty/stenting, TAVIs, stress echos and transoesophageal echos. I also report on echocardiograms and cardiac CT scans.
