About us

I trained in London at the Middlesex Hospital Medical School and qualified in medicine in 1986.
I undertook 12 years of further training to be a Consultant Surgeon. This involved working in a wide range of hospitals, mainly in the south of England; including Chelsea and Westminster, the Royal Marsden and St Marks Hospital.
I have completed two years research at the Royal Marsden and have worked at as a Consultant Surgeon at Southend since 1998.
Over that time, I have been closely involved in the development of keyhole surgery of the bowel and other abdominal operations.
I have acted nationally as a Surgical trainer and take part in national and international meetings.
