About me
Dr Amanda Rabone is a Consultant Radiologist at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, specialising in breast and gynaecological imaging. She is involved in the diagnosis and care of both cancerous and non-cancerous conditions, working closely with other specialists as part of the breast and gynaecology cancer teams.
Dr Rabone completed her medical degree at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Medical School in London. She went on to train in Clinical Radiology, gaining experience in both local hospitals in Kent and major teaching hospitals in London.
She has particular expertise in using imaging to help diagnose conditions affecting the breast and pelvic area, and she regularly performs specialist procedures such as breast and armpit biopsies, microbubble localisation, and the insertion of marker coils and guide wires to support surgical planning.
Dr Rabone is committed to providing clear, compassionate care and helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their diagnostic journey.
