About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate fellow of the British Psychological Society who has over 16 years experience of working with adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties .
I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Edinburgh University and worked initially in the NHS and currently with students at Oxford University . I have recently started my own practice and believe that providing a professional and supportive space helps form the best basis for collaboration and therapy.I offer in person and video consultations .

Areas of interest

Depression, anxiety, OCD, social anxiety , phobias , PTSD, I also work with other issues such as perfectionism, low self-esteem ,relationship and family difficulties, bereavement and living with a health condition.
I am trained and experienced in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy , (ACT) counselling. I also offer personal development coaching for individuals dealing with work issues or particular life transitions.
