About us

Dr. Rebecca Hunt is an HCPC Registered Senior Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in diagnostic assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children and young adults (up to the age of 25 years).

Rebecca holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. She has been working in the area of neurodevelopmental assessment for over a decade and has been trained in this by some of the leaders in the field, during her work at Great Ormond Street Hospital and other specialist clinics.

Rebecca also has experience in autism assessment in local community services, including in her previous role at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust.

Rebecca is passionate about supporting children and adults with neurodevelopmental differences (e.g. ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties) and their families. Rebecca is passionate about providing high-quality assessments and diagnoses in order to help families to continue their journey in learning about neurodiversity.

Rebecca has had training and significant experience in the use of a range of specialist diagnostic tools (e.g. Autism Diagnostic Schedule � 2nd Edition; ADOS-II, Autism Developmental Interview Revised; ADI-r and QB Test) and uses these within her practice. She has expertise in the assessment of all areas of neurodiversity (e.g. attention and impulsivity, mental health, learning, and development) and this forms part of her diagnostic assessment work.

Rebecca has expertise in writing comprehensive assessment reports and tailored recommendations. She is also skilled in providing post-diagnostic support for children and their families.
