I work as a Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor & Coach - I work from a Integrative perspective - working with Person Centred, CBT or Attachment modalities enables me to work uniquely with the modality that suits you.

Trauma, Tradition & Culture - Domestic Violence, Rape & Sexual Assault , Child Sexual Abuse , Honour Based Violence, Forced Marriage, Sexual Health Concerns, Pre & Post Termination.
I am a Punjabi Speaking Therapist - have an in depth understanding of Extended Families and Intimate Relationships with small communities.
