About me

Living with anxiety, low mood, or past trauma can take a real toll. You don't have to go through it on your own. I'm a CBT and EMDR therapist with many years' experience in the NHS, where I also support and train other clinicians. This means you'll benefit not just from therapy itself, but from the knowledge and skills I've built over a long career in mental health.

CBT can give you practical ways to manage anxious thoughts, low mood, or stress day to day. EMDR is especially helpful for trauma, making painful memories feel less overwhelming. My role is to listen, understand, and work alongside you in a safe, supportive space.

Together we'll focus on what matters most to you, and help you move towards feeling stronger, calmer, and more hopeful about the future.

Areas of interest

I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-confidence, or the effects of trauma. I also help people facing big life changes - whether that's challenges at work, relationship difficulties, or loss.

Alongside therapy, I have experience in coaching and career coaching. This can be especially useful if you're feeling stuck or unsure of your direction, and want support to build confidence, set goals, and move forward.

I mainly use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), but also bring in coaching techniques where they can make a real difference.
