About me

I am a senior Psychologist in adult mental health for the NHS working with adults with severe and enduring mental health issues such as complex post traumatic stress disorder and psychosis.
I am trained in eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR) and I use a CBT approach.
I have 15 yrs experience working of working therapeutically. I have a warm ,person centred , and collaborative approach.
