About me

Hello, I am a Chartered Health Psychologist, registered with the Health and Social Care Professions Council (HCPC) and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS). I have over 20 years' experience working in Health Psychology.

My practice is located near Pershore, Worcestershire, although I am happy to provide virtual and phone consultations to anywhere in the UK.

Areas of interest

I work with adults (over 18) who need psychological support with anxiety; health anxiety; stress management; workplace 'burnout'; depression; fatigue; sleep disruption; body image/self image.

I am a specialist in working with those who have overlapping physical health conditions who may be finding this particularly challenging. This may include difficulties with acceptance; taking medications or treatments; chronic pain especially fibromyalgia/ME/CFS.

I also work with those making lifestyle changes to improve their health and well-being, such as improving sleep routines; pacing; weight management; starting exercise.

I use a range of health psychological approaches alongside Mindfulness and therapeutic techniques such as CBT; ACT and Motivational Interviewing.
