In addition to general and common core urology, he has sub-specialist interest in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate hypertrophy and bladder outflow obstruction as well as specialist interest in the investigation of haematuria and the diagnosis and management of bladder cancer. He is also interested in adopting new technology and utilising minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of urological conditions including bladder cancer, bladder dysfunction, benign prostatic hypertrophy.
He qualified from medical school in 2003 with distinctions. He completed the higher specialist training in Urology at North-West Thames which included rotations at The Royal Marsden and Imperial College Healthcare.

He is very passionate about research and academic work, presented in many national and international conferences and has many publications in peer-review journals.
