About me
I work with women experiencing low confidence, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, or challenging family dynamics that are rooted in identity conflict.
Many of my clients feel capable on the outside but internally conflicted, self-doubting, or disconnected from themselves. My approach focuses on understanding the deeper emotional and relational patterns shaping these struggles, helping women develop a more integrated sense of self, greater clarity, and increased self-trust.
This work may be particularly helpful if you are ready to move beyond surface-level fixes and want to understand why certain struggles keep repeating.
I commonly support women experiencing:
- Ongoing low confidence or self-esteem
- Relationship difficulties or repeated relational patterns
- Workplace stress, self-doubt, or over-responsibility
- People-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or fear of conflict -Complex or toxic family dynamics
- A sense of being split, unsure, or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions, long-standing patterns, and questions of identity at your own pace. If you would like to have a free brief telephone consultation, please do get in contact and we can have a think together about how best to move forward.
