About me
My therapeutic approach is Humanistic Integrative which means I’m interested, above all, in how you see the world and what makes you tick. I’ll draw on a range of tools to find a way of working that suits you. I qualified in 2010 and work with adults and couples. I also provide clinical supervision to individuals and groups. Alongside my clinical practice, I am the CEO of The Brighton Therapy Centre.
