About me

Sometimes life can just be overwhelming and we do not know where to turn. Often our earlier childhood experiences good and bad, dictate our present and potentially our future - all without us even realizing it.

My 13 years of experience as a therapist can help you move on with any issues you are currently struggling with. I offer a warm and approachable way when working with people so you feel comfortable working alongside myself.

Areas of interest

I currently work as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist at a London University within their student support services so I am highly experienced in working with the 18 - 25 year age group. In addition, I am also a Supervisor there working with new Psychotherapists in training;

I work with all ages in my Private Practice, covering all areas of life from trauma, anxiety and depression to feeling stuck, relationship issues and career struggles
