About me

The global pandemic is a reminder to all of us that we can't predict or control every aspect of our lives. But we can be more adept at responding to the many challenges that life presents us. If you feel like you are currently languishing in your life, as an integrative psychotherapist, I can support you to transition into a healthier, happier space. I have therapeutically supported people since 2004.
If you feel life seems heavier, harder than you want it to be or you are feeling overwhelmed, unseen, unheard, I can support you move to an emotional space that feels freer. I have worked with clients with different ages, from a range of cultures, ethnic groups and backgrounds. Each client enters into the therapeutic process with the same wish – to move from the place they currently are, into a more peaceful space of being.

I am a non-judgemental practitioner, who works relationally and will provide confidential, professional support. I view my relationships with the people I therapeutically support as shared endeavours, together we will discuss your individual challenges and explore where you are today, the areas you would like to focus on and discover what is blocking you, so that you can step into the life you want to live.

The first step is a free initial consultation, thereafter as we work together, regular 50-minute sessions will be arranged in consultation with you, usually at the same time each week.
