I am an experienced therapist with over 20 years of working privately within GP surgeries as well as in private practice. I am person-centred and value the working relationship, empathy and flexibility of being able to see people for as long as they need to .I can help you deal with problems that affect your health and happiness and help to identify unhelpful patterns of thought, feeling or behaviour from the past that may be affecting your ability to feel contented or fulfilled.
