About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with private practices in the City and Mayfair and over 20 years experience in the NHS in the fields of adult mental health and senior leadership. I am an advanced practitioner in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and an accredited Schema Therapist. My therapeutic expertise covers the full range of psychological problems from more common mental health problems to those that are considered more complex and lifelong.

I have seen in my own extensive practice the transformative power of therapy to understand pain and change lives. The models of therapy I use are evidence-based so that you can be sure that you are receiving the most effective treatment. My style of therapy is caring, interactive, and allied to you achieving the change and well-being you need. I build in regular therapy reviews to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress you are making. It is important to me to offer an accepting practice inclusive of all aspects of the self (e.g. culture, religion, sexuality).

I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) and International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). I provide a GDPR compliant practice.
