About me
My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression and trauma. I have pursued additional training in these issues and undertake ongoing professional learning and development to improve my skills and practice.
I have particular experience and expertise in working with adults who have been impacted by difficulties in childhood. These are events such as parental loss, separation, illness or mental illness or exposure to ongoing trauma such as bullying, racism, neglect or abuse in early life. These Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) can manifest in adulthood as issues such as anxiety, depression or low self esteem.
