I am a chartered counselling psychologist who works with a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress and eating disorders. I pay particular attention to how people interact socially and express emotions. I treat people in a non-judgemental manner, provide a safe environment that facilitates psychological change and work collaboratively towards agreed goals.
I am also a consultant psychologist and clinical lead in King’s College NHS Foundation Trust and an associate lecturer at the University of East London.
