About me

I have worked for the last 7 years for a leading children's Mental Health Charity supporting both Adults and Children with their emotional wellbeing.

As a Psychotherapist I have a particular interest in helping you recognise unhealthy patterns of relating which may stem from childhood. These will often contribute to difficulties in current relationships leading to unhealthy ways of coping which in turn can lead to lack of confidence, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression and relationship breakdown.

By becoming aware of your own ways of relating to others I aim to help you develop healthier ways of relating, providing the foundations for improved personal wellbeing and improved relationships both at home and in the workplace.
