About me

I am a registered member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).

My qualifications are:

BSc Hons, Psychology, University of Westminster

PG Dip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, Royal Holloway University of London

I am an integrative practitioner as I believe everyone is unique and deserves personalised care. I incorporate mindfulness, compassion focussed therapy, cognitive processing therapy and brief solution focused therapy in my work. I have a wide range of experience working with conditions such as complex trauma, depression, body dysmorphic disorder, anxiety (e.g. worry, social anxiety and health anxiety), specific phobias, low self-esteem, obsessive compulsive disorders, panic and adjustment reactions.

Over the past 15 years I have worked for several NHS trusts and the Ministry of Defence, and am honoured to have been able to help people from all ages and walks of life. I oversee the clinical supervision of six staff in my current role.

For me, therapy is about the installation of hope through compassion, and providing clients with the tools and skills to help them heal. Together, we can uncover solutions to any problem.
