About me

I am a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist and EMDR accredited practitioner with over 20 years experience. I am passionate about supporting my clients through recovery and to a place where they feel they can thrive and enjoy the life they want.

I help my clients overcome and recover from difficult experiences, trauma or psychological distress which may be limiting their lives and getting in the way of living the life they want for themselves.

I also support my clients to overcome performance difficulties that are preventing them from excelling in their careers. I draw on my experience of psychology and coaching approaches to help my clients overcome barriers to success.

My main model of treatment is EMDR therapy, however, I am trained in a number of psychological models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and CommitmentTherapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I work with young people and adults using the model that best suits their needs and work with you collaboratively to help you move to a better place for yourself, able to enjoy, laugh and thrive.

Please note: I am only able to offer online appointments.
