Endoscopy expertise and use of modern sedation ensures a comfortable experience whether for gastroscopy (stomach area) or colonoscopy (lower bowel). Anaesthesia is available for those patients who find sedation does not provide a satisfactory outcome.
Unexplained symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, bloating, change in bowel habit - whether that be constipation, loose bowels or bleeding - are managed to provide clarity and understanding.
Close liaison with specialist colleagues in supporting roles such as radiology, surgery and dietetics ensures a safe and effective patient experience
