About me

I understand taking the courage to ask for help can be difficult and talking about your feelings can be frightening. I provide therapy in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment to allow you the space to talk about your difficulties.

I have many years of experience working in the NHS with adults, couples and groups. I have also worked with bereaved individuals and within the prison system.

My qualifications are:

PG Dip in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
PG Certificate in Behavioural Couples Therapy
Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD)
EMDR Trained

I am an accredited member of The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am bound by their Code of Ethics.
