About me

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children, young people and their families who are experiencing a range of difficulties including low mood, anxiety, poor self-esteem and challenges associated with neurodevelopmental disorders.

I provide specialist assessment, including ADHD assessments (for children 7+ and adults), psychological therapy and training and consultation to staff in schools.

I work collaboratively with the system around the child, including parents and schools, in order to better understand the young person and ensure they are given the right support.

I use an integrative approach in my work and draw on a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches depending on the needs of the client, including CBT, narrative therapy, systemic approaches and third wave models (e.g. mindfulness and ACT)

I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for your child to thrive and work towards the things they want to be different in their lives.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I offer sessions in person in St Albans as well as online.
