About me

Counselling provides a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to share difficult and confused feelings. A counsellor is not a provider of solutions or instructions but facilitates exploration and discovery.
Counselling is not an easy process, it can bring up difficult, conflicting and confusing feelings that may have been buried for some time.
It can take courage to self-reflect and look to understand patterns and their origin. It can equally be very rewarding to enable awareness which can positively impact on the relationships and surrounding experiences in life.

Counselling can help you understand why you are feeling the way you are, it helps you gain a better understanding of your relational and behavioural patterns.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)) and follow their code of ethics. In line with BACP membership I am also committed to my Continuing Professional Development.
I have over 9 years of clinical experience working with adult clients.
